MBTI ( Introduction)

MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,) is a wide used personality test that was originated between mid of 20th century by a mother and her daughter (Katharine Cook Brigga and Isabel Briggs Myers) they develop this test on the basis of psychological theories given by Carl Jung. This test is designed to distinguish individual on the basis of their personality that how the perceive and interact with other and what are the preferences that other should determine so that they could interact in a better way and understand each other even better.  The main purpose of categorizing someone in a type is to make it easy for other to determine which type of environment that a person prefer not only environment but also it determine that interacting behavior of that person in which he'/she is comfortable.

MBTI is divided into 16 types and each type is specified by the thinking of a person, response on a situation, the way he/she is sensing the situation, how they judge the situation, it also considers their feelings, their behavior, by their reaction on a topic and many more.

By combining this preference reaction with es, you can determine your MBTI personality type, such as ISTJ (Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging), ENFP (Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Perceiving), and so on. Each type is thought to have its own unique strengths, weaknesses, and characteristics, and the MBTI is often used in various contexts, including personal development, career counseling, and team building.

It's important to note that while the MBTI can be a useful tool for self-awareness and understanding interpersonal dynamics, it is not without its criticisms. Some psychologists argue that it lacks scientific validity and reliability and that it oversimplifies the complexity of human personality. As a result, it's often best used as one of many tools for personal insight and should not be the sole basis for making important life decisions.
